One thing about me is that I love school. By that I mean, I am a good student (if I do say so myself) and I learn a lot in the classroom setting. I have my Masters and have considered getting an additional degree but the thought of traditional homework makes me whimper.
That said, I have been dying to take a more formal jewelry design class at one of the many art schools here in NYC. And guess what I just did… I registered for one! I will be learning soldering, stone setting, metal construction and forming, piercing, finishing, surface design and polishing, repousse, ancient and modern chain-making and granulation.
I can hardly contain myself!
